There are three categories of rooms sizes from Huddlespace collaboration, Conference Room, or a more enhanced Pro AV Install. From the menu links above under the room categories, you can see the gear available for your quote. When you get your quote, it also links to the items, so you, your management and purchasing can see details of what is in the system.

Huddle Spaces are rooms defined as small conference areas (in the open-office area or enclosed). These are often used by groups who want to get together for impromptu, ad hoc meetings to collaborate on a project team level. They typically accommodate 3-6 people and the display is in close proximity to seating.

Conference Room

A Conference Room is a room provided for more formally scheduled meetings for groups of 6-10 participants, seated at a conventional conference table where there is some distance to the screen.

Standard AV Room

Standard AV Space is a larger, perhaps flexible furnishing or multi-use space, used by a whole work group or even department. This could be from 8-20+ people It requires large-format screen viewing and may even be designed into a divisible set of partitioned areas.
